Terms & Conditions
General

All products remain property of Yumiko Maki until full payment has been made.
We have aimed to ensure that the colors of our products appearing on our website are as close as possible to the color of the products.  However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer equipment.  We are not able to guarantee the precise color of the product on delivery. All products are subject to availability.  We will inform you as soon as possible in the event that the items you have ordered are unavailable.  If the items that you have ordered are unavailable, a full refund will be offered. Yumiko Maki does not ship to customers using a third party service and we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, and shipping costs that may be incurred.

 

Customer Service
Checking order status

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.  We will also send you an email when your order has shipped with tracking number for your package.  Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.


Payment
We accept Paypal, Muster card, Visa, American Express.


Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.  Please contact yumi@yumikomaki.com with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.


Sales Tax
Since we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State will be charged 8.875% sales tax.  Any other state will not include tax.

 

Delivery info

Standard Delivery
•Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing.

 

2-3 Day Delivery
•Delivery guaranteed in 2-3 business days after processing.

Overnight Delivery
•Delivery guaranteed in next business day after processing.

 

International Delivery
•Delivery occurs in 7-14 business days after processing.  It may vary depending on your location.

All international customers are liable for all import duties and customers that will be charged by your country.  These rates are in addition to the amount you will by charged by Yumiko Maki.  Customers who reject an international shipment will be responsible for the fees and shipping charges to and from your country.  Yumiko Maki is not responsible for these fees.  Please verify all applicable costs with the appropriate authorities.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or Military Post Offices.

Return & Exchange
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused.  They must be in the original condition.
In case of return or exchange, customers are required to pay for the shipping and handling charges, and Yumiko Maki will not refund any shipment or payment costs.
All final sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged at anytime.

 

Shipping errors or damaged products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

 

Warrantee
Yumiko Maki is glad to repair your broken or damaged item with in 1 year of purchase. 

Please provide photos and original receipt to yumi@yumikomaki.com. We may charge repair fees depending on the condition.
If general wear and tear has diminished a leather product appearance, we suggest visiting a reputable leather care professional for refurbishment.
